Cannot Reach Homepage 90% Of The Time On Broadband

I've had Cricket broadband internet service for over 2 years. It is the worst service I've ever had, and the worst company I've ever dealt with. I cannot get to my homepage 90% of the time. I am currently looking for another provider. Cannot deal with the crappy service and product!
