On July 28 I made a payment to metro pcs online but i entered the wrong phone # so I called the 1-800# to correct it. I was told by Danica ID# 905652 or 50652 that the money was going to be transfer to my account 4 days later it was never done today August 01 I am being told by the superviser Vanessa ID# 40912 that there is nothing she can do for me because she is not sure if the money can be put on my account even though I was told it could be done now I have to wait 72hrs and call back hoping that I can get my money to my phone bill instead of somebody else. Im on hold now as I am typing I been on hold for OVER AN HOUR and nothing has been answered or done im so fedup with the people that have me on hold and on top of that I can't understand what they are saying. I don't think they speak good english. I really hope my complaint is going to make a difference on how your customer service is being handled.
