No follow up on customer service problems

1. Phone did not work consistantly. Told new unit would be sent overnight. Did not come, told "someone cancelled the order" would send new one overnight. Took four days and same problem. 2. Tech support would look into the problem and call me back. Did not happen. 3. Tech support again. No call back, when I called back they said all was working. It was not. Went full week without any incomeing calls going thru. 4. Customer service said they wouldn't do anything, I asked for supervisor, they were in a meeting and couldn't be reached. 5. Customer service, stil no supervisor available, would call me back at work on my cell phone. Called home after I left for work. 6. Tech support, sent new unit, would call back Mon. To follow up. Never called. Still having same problem. Eight promises of a follow up call so far, zero responses.
