Could not pay bill by phone. Your computer kept hanging up. Could not sign up for account online because you web site is screwed up. Spent hours trying to get my rebate couple years ago was given the run around. Drove to the store they would not give me rebate. Still have not gotten rebate. I have no intentions spending any more time trying to get it. You need to figure it out and send my money., my son just got phone through your company, he could not pay his bill, because your system is screwed up. He missed important business calls.
