Ripoff business from hell won't pay rebates

When i bought my computer system they promise me to give me a $150 rebate, after a while they send me a few notes sayng sorry, we can not send your rebate because the the time you sent yhe informaton came a little too late.

I replied that rebate as soon as i got my system, waisting no time hey! It's 150 dollars, how stupid can i be? I thank you so much for your help!!!
