IPod Touch 4th Generation Case

I recieved my iPod case yesterday. The case is pretty except for the fact there is big spaces between the gems and there's a ton of glue showing. I've had the case for less then a day and two gems have fallen off already. I suppose I can glue the extra crystals on over the glue showing but for the price I paid for the product I expected better quality. I posted my concerns on the Kollada Facebook but they deleted my post so I hope they can justify this problem in some way or another.
