First of all, it seems that you are complaining about a phone that probably cost you no more than $100, witha service plan of $40/monthly... Really? What do you expect, I mean come on if it was att or verihole I'd complain like crazy but its metro... I guess the people complaining here are the same people who go cry at mcdonnalds because there $. 99 burger tastes like crap, you get what you paid for dummy...
