I have to say that, by far, Metro PCS is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I am so glad that I switched to AT&T. Yes, it's more expensive but it is also completely worth it. Their automated system has very limited options and you CANNOT get through to a live human being no matter what you try, what you press, or what you do. As a matter of fact, it just tells you "Please try your call again late. Goodbye" and hangs up on you. I would NEVER go back to MetroPCS again. Absolutely horrendous service. I can't stand it!!
