Dear sir or madam i have paid £59 60 which was deducted from my bank account on the 16th august but i still cannot send any emails it just keeps bringing up the screen to pay why is that as i am getting nothing for my money my user name is not accepting me but my password is ok now so could you please sort it out if not i will ask the bank too reclaim the money many thanks norman
