Ripoff Never gave me my money back, Their website doesn't work

I thought i was getting a Credit card, they said i'd be getting a apr of 9.8% spending limit of $300.00 and i would have to pay after every month. When i recieved my card it was nothing more than a catalog book, that i go online with. I Capital financial and I told them there must be some misunderstanding and I would wish to have my money back. They said I need to write the main office to get my money and they also said to send the card and the catalog back to them, so i did that several days later they responded by sending me a $100 coupon and saying there is no reason why they should return me my money. And i have no card or catalog just this stupid coupon.
