Dear Madam/Sir, This is my second mail. On Oct. 21st, my bank account was debited with an amount of 48,96 Euros (47,77 € 1,19 € fees). Transaction number is US 877-370-9229. I never went to the end of the purchase procedure and I never got the software on my machine, nor a password to use it. I am kindly asking you to refund this amount on my bank account.
