I did not see any recent commercials for Cricket, I am getting a laptop, and switching to wireless, so I decided to see what people had to say about the 'Cricket experience ' - I read the reviews, I read about the customer service ' transfer the customer and disconnect ' routine, not very original Cricket, and intentional, of that there is not doubt - so, Cricket, do you feel I do not have a right to write a review since I do not have your service, WRONG - I have every right, I watched your past commercials, read your past advertising, and as any prudent consumer, searched for your customer reviews, thanks for wasting many minutes of my life I can never get back just to find you are a boringly predicable crap start-up with zero customer service'- thank goodness I did not go for your pathetic, cliche, copy cat bad bad wireless service in a bad suit...
