Weak Mini android, no help from you

Won't last even one day, stnadby time is pathetic, and your "customer Service" refuses to answer any questions about an allowed pocket battery backup or a better more powerful battery to be installed on the phone. And, after 5 weeks, already in the inept hands of Claro techs here in the DR, for imaginary repairs, after defects and glitches. Not from me, either; installed faults. Your User Guide is worthless, tells me nothing. You make me regret even thinking "Android"!
