Sony Ericsson Mobile Communication never returned my calls, abused & mistreated, slow prossessing, false promises www.sonyericsson.com

My brand new Ericsson T39m cellphone (1.5 months old) needs to be serviced. I sent it to the repair centre and i haven't heard from it for 2.5 months. I contacted every possible person, but they don't want to helo me and now on top of it they don't even return my calls, although they said that they were willing to help me. I am sure the phone is lost. I waited the phone more than I used it, I believe that i can get the same phone for half the price I paid before. Who is going to help me? No one, not a single Sony-Ericsson customer service representative, supervisor... Because they have more important things to do...
