I have been a loyal customer of t mobile for 7 years, and never have had such unprofessional service. I returned a phone in Feb well within the 60 days, then in May when I checked my bill for amount owed it was 698.00 so I called they told me they never received the the phone, it was not in the warehouse if you bother to view all the notes there are many you will see how many customer service reps I have had to deal with. It was not till June 1 when they told me the phone was there and it was more then 60 days. Phone not there the first week of may now they have the phone and today 6/14 they tell me it has been there since the 17th of may and will still charge me a restocking fee of 457.00, this is outrageous, then they promised to track the tracking number and would contact me never once did they, now as of today 6/14 you will still charge me this outrageous fee when I know 100% the phone was sent the first week of feb.

I would always compliment the customer service, for the last 3 months the customer service is terrible! Will fight this abuse and neglect I have endured throughout this time. I will make sure this will not happen to anyone else, T mobile does not appreciate their loyal customers and treats them with total disrespect, and basically calls me a liar. You will not get a single penny from me. I am taking my case to the better business bureau and the president of AT&T (I worked for AT&T for 15 years) and of course my attorney. AT&T will know what a dishonest company T Mobile really is. Just go on my account for phone# 17087170907
