We have tried 4 times to get the profile information changed. We have had our phone since Feb. 2011 and still it is listed under the previous owner. They refuse to correct this, now telling us our phone isn't correct. We are still waiting approval, even though I have the approval letter, phone, and all in front of me and have been using it for 4 months now.

I have called, tried to change it myself manually, even had to have the phone reprogrammed cause it oddly lost all it's programming from Virgin.

They are incompetent, refuse to allow you to speak with supervisors, refuse to transfer you to someone when you cant seem to get anywhere with a service agent, and generally seem to just be clueless. I have spent 2 hours so far going over the dam information today alone trying to get this resolved.

I am now taking this to the FCC and Executive Escalations.
