Termination of service 24hrs after renewal

I had majic jack for a year and started using it for 3mths now. Quality was sufficient for family conversations. We used it to call family memebers most of who were also on MJ. I noticed that service was unavailable and was directed to the renewal page. I renewed for 1 more year assuming the inital term was close to ending. 24hours later i had no service. Chatting with their support service I was notified that section 6 in their agreement was violated and that there will be no refund. Basically shit out of luck, thanks for your 20bux and cya.

No notice of any violation,?? No email warnings just take your money and good luck getting it back. When I researched this issue online I found that I am not the only one, Majic Jack has turned the corner from providing a low cost low grade phone alternative, to simply taking peoples hard earned money and no chance of getting it back.

Be very wary with MJ, lucky for me i didn't option for the 5yr plans as some other folks have and lost it.
