Majic Jack is junk and not worth the money. First, the company that makes and sells Majic Jack must not believe in their product, since they don't use it. You can only get assistance on line through "chat". After 3 months of mediocre service (calls dropped, poor sound quality) my device stopped working. The computer will no longer recognize it. Spent a long time with four different service reps, repeating the same steps over and over and it still doesn't work. No one will authorize a return, which is just as well since you must pay S&H both ways. Save you money. Majic Jack is junk.
