Horrible Customer Service - service/billing

I have had the worst customer service since I've signed up with t-mobile and actually received my phone. I was getting out and off a sprint plan & switching over to t-mobile (big mistake) because i liked the phones and plan better. I have been lied to & cheated out of my services since the very first day i received my phone. I ordered my My Touch 4G - Black on Tuesday 7/5 & payed for over night shipping and received it on the following day 7/6. As soon as i received it i called to get it activated and thats when the problems began. On line my phone was free and i had to purchase a data plan so i got the 500 even more 39.99 with unlimited messaging 10.00 & 2GB of data 20.00 so my total bill after all that plus the shipping and tax was 99.21 I payed that & it is the 7/10 & I still haven't received any of my services except the 500 minutes. They have "Sent a support ticket" because they kept getting an erorr every time they tried to add the service and the representative told me I had to wait a total of 24 hrs I was highly upset already but I waited 24 hrs. I called back the next day & they said oh it wasn't 24 hrs it was 72! So now today I call back & they say I have to wait a till 7/13 and that is not flying with me if this is not resolved before the end of tonight i will be canceling this stupid service with t-mobile, there customer service sucks and all there people all sound the same and are like freaking korean or something.
