Billing and tampering with account!

I been having support with cricket to get a year today and all I Have been having is issues. Our statement is generally assume to become $60.49. However now for whatever reason my statement is $162.86. I created 2 funds on my telephone last month, I also over-paid 1 period last month and offered them $89.00 on Dec. 4 when I arrived to the 4431 Dixie Road area and spoke towards the supervisor title Wesley and he advised me my statement was just $45.72 I offered him $50.00 and he did not provide me my change back again to me. After which after I named the client support on Friday. They explained my statement was$91.17 and explained I have to visit the primary shop on Dixie. I spoke towards the same guy Wesley the supervisor and he informed "should you choosenot like visit another shop" I mentioned." Are you assume to become speaking with me like this" and he explained "yes". But I offered him $45.00 to maintain my telephone on. He explained my stability is $76.00 when I quit and ripped down I happened to check out my bill also it stated $162.86. How is that this. This supervisor retains possibly tampering with my payment period and never informing anybody about this. Then each time I are available in the shop I've a quantity on my statement that doesn't create since. He then informs me about reinstatement fees-not onetime did they inform me after I arrived in and settled my statement that I'll possess a reinstatement fee. After which I really donot get any email from their store for my statement every month. Can anybody clarify this in my experience why I've these costs and that I only got this new account in March. I settled. 08 -10/25/07.. 00 -11/26/07.. 00- 12/04/07.. 72- 12/27/07.. 00-1/30/08. They're taking parents income I believe and placing it inside wallet or tampering with individuals consideration.
