Phone not working

I purchased phone and a plan from Virgin Mobile USA 2 months back.initially for 2 days it worked. But after 2 days and till date I am not able to make calls through it.

I have made endless attempts to contact customer care and asked to resolve the issue. Those people over phone have limited set of prewritten instructions which are not able to solve my problem.in some instances, they assumed on their own that my problem got resolved.in some cases, customer care agent replies that I need to purchase balance again. But if I haven't made any call how can a $20 balance disappear.

This company looks like a fraudy company. They don't have offices nearby to contact or ask for help. The customer care is offshore which cares less if problem is resolved or not.
