I have had billing problem with Verizon for the last 5 month. Everytime i called (1-800-483-5700) someone talked to me and they said it has been taken care of! But not only they did not take care of the problem, they even increased my bill, (i received the next billing higher!!) today i called: 1) after being on hold over 20 min, i spoke with CHRISTINA. After giving all my information, she said she is on sales dept and she will transfer me. She never did. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called back after 15 min waiting: 2) spoke with Kelly. I asked her id first she refused then she game me id# z579834she was extremly rude.instead of helping me she by purpose put me on music hold then disconnected me. I think verizon is scaming small business and overcharging them plus they trained unethical emplyees so they can do: UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE BY RIPPING OFF PEOPLE.!!
