The last week of aug i spoke to one of your reps about a billing questioni was billed $13.00 more than last monthshe told me it was time warner's fault, that they disconnected me. Since i have no phone service or internet service with time warner i told her she was wrong she put me on hold and when she came back to the phone she told me they would give me credit of $13.00i asked her again about the overbilling and she just mentioned she would give me creditin all the years of service with verizon i have gotten very few bills that are the same every month. I have been told i made changes to my service when i never did. When i call and ask why i get a few cents here and there they really can't answer the question i have been told it's taxesin june i had computer problems and after three weeks i called to see if they could fix the problem the reason i waited was i don't understand the people who try to help. When i did calli got a rep who i explained the problem to and he tried to sell me there fios program i told him all i wanted was to speak to someone that understood english and could speak clearly enough that i wouldn't have to keep saying i can't hear you (i could hear him, i just didn't understand him) after i said yes that i would take the fios he put me through to a rep (i called verizon fios and cancelled the install date which was for july 1st) i also have had problems that have been fixed by a service man who may have been doing work for another customer. Only to find out the wires that should have been mine were only hanging from the board or box that is supposed to service my lineyesterday saturday 9/5 and today sept 6 i have no phone service againi saw a service man and asked him what was wrong and he told me there was a big problem in the phone room. (i live in a co-op) i'm tired of the poor service i receive and the people i have to deal with and only hope our board of directors get enough complaints about the service and don't encourage the fios program here. I have contacted the ftc and i'm waiting for a reply from someone at their office
