Unauthorized charges

Simply tested my banking account online that we do many times per month, I came across a fee for $55.13 for VESTA/T MOBILE that exhibits to become POS (pointofsale/online?) that we didn't authorize. I've five telephones with Verizon and also have experienced Verizon for 12 years for my cellular support. I've observed various other difficulties with others having issues with VESTA for unauthorized charges.
