Charge of 50.00 to my debit card-I have never heard of vesta

I discovered a 50.00 charge to my debit card from vesta t mobile. Not ever having used them I called their number and was told to leave a message and no luck on callback. I must now get a new card from my credit union and close my checking account and go through the whole process.
