My phone was 3 mo old. I was one year out of my contract and warranty. I have the rough duty phone. The port that is used to charge your phone keep braking this is my 3rd one. Seeing I was 1 year out in my contract and warranty I had to pay $51.00 to get a new phone even tho that one was only 3 mo. Old. I was also informed that they stopped making that model. So next time it brakes I will need to pay for a new phone and a up grade charge. What a way to steal from the people. What I am really mad about is that they will guarantee your phone for a year and exchange it if needed. Once you pass that time frame you pay for a up grade charge, even if the phone is just 3 mo old in my case. I understand they cant give phone away. This seems like a product defect.
