D&R 1 year warranty was a lie. Bad customer service

This company is such a liar. The sales person Jennifer Lin orally told us our wood blinds would have a 1 year warranty when we order all our window wood blinds from her. Recently one of our room's blind was not working properly so we called her to see if she can come check it or us, because the contract is within the 1 year time frame. At first she said she'll have to look into our order to see what we have ordered from her company and she said she will return our call that day. Guess what, she didn't return our call. Then when my mom called her again, she pretend to be another person by saying Jennifer is not there and will take our message; we are not that dumb you know, of course we recognize her voice.

So we left a message and she called us back around 11pm at night the next day. Which I don't mind cause we don't sleep that early. Then she said she can come over but we'll have to pay for the service for $80. She said that amount is just for checking, does not include labor.

So we ask her why do we still have to pay when our order is still within the1 year warranty, and it's the product defect. All she said was that's how the business run. This is so dump, then what's the point of having a warranty when in fact she would charge us the same amount just by coming over to check, not even including labor.

So do not do business with her and her company, it's a scam.
