Notification

I have "VOICEMAIL" with ALLTEL, for some reason they decided to disconnect my voicemail without notifying me, it has been over a month, when I called they keep telling me they are working on the system, they never told me and I have had many callers saying they can't leave a message, when I called Alltel, they keep hanging up on me, I have paid my bill religiously, every month without fail, all I want to know is why I can't get voicemails and why my account is not credited with a discount instead of having to pay the full amount, when I asked to have my account credited, they hung up again, then I called back and asked to have my account cancelled, because they are in breach of contract, they hung up on me again...

Can you people PLEASE PLEASE help me, why should I have to pay for their Insolence and rudeness, it's not fair, they interrupted my service, never contacted me, and yet billing me for the full price...
