At&t are charging to my bill expences they do not even know what usb1 means. And usb1 can add to my bill and they do not have any explaination what the bill charge is for. Ubs1 1-888-472-8724 has non english speaking staff and they cannot explain the reason this $19.95 was added to my bill this month. At&t add to the bills and have no knowledge of what usb1 means when i call the billing deapartment. The state attorney is looking into this matter and they will be sending me a form to fill outat&t are responsible for any charges put on my bill and i expect a refund for $19.95, because they let usb1 to as they please and consumers have no say so. I will find another provider for my computer, phone, t. V and i am looking for the best company that has a customer friendly attitute and will not pass me to another phone number and tell me to call usb1 number. The operators at at&t do not have a clue on what this means.
