They let you know you receive a totally free ringer. They charge a fee $5.99 per week for a membership you didn't request. They proceed to ask you for before you contact to stop the membership you didn't need within the first place. The telephone provider observe this being an approved 3Rd Party cost and costs it for your telephone bill.
