Saying"free ringtones" and it not being true

I was told by my AT&T salesman that 1800free411 is that, free. After using it i received a text that said for 2 FREE ringtones text yes to 71769, so i did. Well a few minutes later i received another text that said i will see a charge of $9.99/month for this service. If i do see a charge, my next step is a FREE call to my lawyer and we'll see about that $9.99 charge.in these tough times it amazes me on how some greedy idiots never stop praying on people, it is very disturbing how people like 71769 just keep humping people out of their hard urned money. I really hope i don't have to call my lawyer, but i won't hesitate to do so.
