BYOD does not work on all devices

I had 3 Sprint HTC one's I just purchased and GSM unlocked them to be used on any GSM carrier. I saw the BYOD offer from MetroPCS and I would save me $156/mo by leaving Sprint. I did the qualifications via the MetroPCS.com to verify if the phone was compatible with the network and even better my phone was even the flagship on the picture for this campaign. Everything went well for the buying process to purchase the SIM cards on line and they came really fast. I was able to register all of my phones with MetroPCS and they are all on the network so, now I am saying to myself this is awesome. Now for the B.S. My phone keeps dropping signal every 30 mins and will not stay connected to the network. I went to a local store and they sent me a Corporate store where I was told by the rep a ticket would be open for corporate because they cannot figure out why my phone will not stay connected an someone will call me in 72 business hours. Needless to say I have yet to to receive this call. So I decided to go to their Facebook page just so you all know you have to like them first before you can leave a message. So wrote everything I am saying here on there wall. I received 13 comments about the same issue with the same HTC ONE about the service dropping from all over the US, so I am glad it is not me. So someone from MetroPCS responded and had me to send them my info to access my account to see what is going on via a message offline. So once I was off of the Facebook wall then the B.S. About how the only phone guaranteed to work on the BYOD are IPhones. I explained so why go thru the process of verifying the IMEI and the model of the phone and the site saying it is compatible if it is not going to work. I even explained that the phone I brought over was even the flagship for there campaign. The Metro rep then told me there is nothing he can do. I told him having my phone up as the flagship for there campaign and it does not work is like having a Ferrari dealership and only selling Aston Martin's and that would be false advertising.

End result I have had the service for 1 month with the BYOD and my phones do not work so I am seeing service elsewhere
