I bought an iPhone 5 broken

When I bought my iPhone, the microphone was broken. There was not problem to change it, but the problem was: nobody couldn't reverse the sale. I went three times to the Store located at 1450 NW 87th AVE, Miami, Fl, but nobody couldn't reverse the sale. The third time I meet two Sales Consultants that they help me and finally I got a new iPhone and now everything is ok with it, and I'm happy. The two sales consultants are FRANK MARQUEZ AND RAUL URRUTIA.
