Cricket will be out of business before to long!

Cricket is a rip off and will soon be out of business!!! I paid my phone bill yesterday and ended up getting service through AT&T. I called to get a refund for my service bc I would not be using my service. They would not give me a refund for the future service I would not be using. So they tell me to sell my phone or give it to a family member. REALLY!!! Customer service is rude and I could not understand any of them!!!
