Worst service center by samsung which is trying to kill the people not to help them

I have problem in my new mobile and the service center guys said to replace the mobile but upto now they are not replying this is very nice slapping me about buying this brand mobile. I have requested on samsung site also but no use. Samsung people will not help worst mobiles and worst service centers...
