Samsung focus flash worst samsung phone ever! Example: Sears broken washing machine - focus flash a1677

I have ALWAYS chose a Samsung phone when upgrading with my cell service. I always loved them until I upgraded to the focus flash ai677, the phone froze, tab problems etc and constantly had to take out battery than replace and restart phone. I used my warranty n was sent another, not not only having it 6mths yet its doing same annoying issues as first! And can't upgrade again till next summer! After all this I am debating whether to ever choose a Samsung phone again his phone is biggest pos and worst mistake of choosing on my part but being a loyal Samsung fan I'm ready to switch to another brand his has been worst phone I've evdrer owned outta 6 Samsung ones I've owned!!
