Respected Sir/Madam, I bought a brand new handset Samsung Galazy Grand Quattro from the store at Ahmedabad. Within 12 hours from the purchase, I found a problem of heating in the handset. The handset got heated heavily. When I went to a customer care office within 12 hours of purchase, they told me that it happens in the Android handset. After some arguments they told me that I have to put it there for a while. After a while it got heated again. When I asked them to replace that damaged handset with a new one, they misbehaved with me. They started to reply diplomatically and behaved with me rudely. I m very very disappointed with Samsung Service and specially the service center in Ahmedabad. The customer representatives have no sense of how to behave with their customers. I want a brand new handset in replacement. Samsung service center representatives have no sense of how to communicate with customers. Although the headset is damaged, they told me that they dont care for whatever action I can take. Is this the way of Samsung company to behave with customers. Samsung company has lost his reputation and customer relationship with this incident. I contacted customer care within 12 hours of purchase. Samsung should teach their officers to behave with customers well enough if they want their products to be sold. How can it be possible for a brand new phone to be damaged? I want DO replacement of my handset. My complaint number and all details are as follow:
