Lcd monitor not working

Dear Sir/Madam

This is complaint letter regarding our Samsung LCD monitor is not working. I have registered a complaint to Sum sung Customer Care. (Complaint No. 8452720866) after Complaint Samsung engineer Mr. Varma visited the location and he said Panel Problem We will replace the Panel you should pay an amount of Rs. 17000/- (including all charges). I am disappointed because of your product has not performed well.
We request you to kindly replace the Panel we will pay sum amount
