Sprint has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Every single time I go into the store I dread it. It's not the people who work there, it's the actual company. They do not have helpful policies! I forgot the pass code on my phone plan, and so I tried using the security question. I had JUST used that same security question to pay a bill last month. But of course, when I tired to use it in the store it wouldn't take it. There was no one that they could call to get help. They had no way to help me! The only option was to find a corporate store. Why is it so hard to access a phone account? It's easier to get into my bank account than it is to get a new phone with Sprint! Absolutely ridiculous.
