Still havenot fixed my service

My phone is unable to get a signal where I live. It doesn't matter whether I am in the house or outside. There is no signal. Yet, if I drive 30 miles to Spokane, I get a signal. But between my home and Spokane I get no signal. This started Monday at midnight and it is now Thursday. I have talked to numerous people. All I keep being told is that it is being reviewed and that it will be fixed tomorrow. I was given that comment last night—it is doesn't yet. So I called again. The lady I spoke with today that it will be fixed tomorrow (Friday). I had to go out and buy another cellphone with another cell phone carrier so that I would have phone service. I had no other phone service. It would be nice if Assurance would stand by their word. I am losing faith in them real quick. I have just made a call to our state atto
