Truth in Wireless, Yea Right, There is no truth in wireless! Ripoff

Ok Lets see where do I begin, Truth in Wireless, Yea there is no TRUTH to Suncom Wireless, first of all we were shown a coverage map which appeared to have good signal, LIE, are signal stinks, Second, we signed a 1 year contract and the rep marked 2 years so we are stuck with the another year, When you call tech support they are rude and nasty to you, and of course you being that paying customer, which the last time I checked paid there paychecks they talk to you like you are stupid. You get no where with them.

So call an complain about signal and droping calls, this is there solution "When you are in an area that you have no signal, call us and we will send and flash to the phone and increase the signal." Tell me SUNCOM who is suppose to GET IT, who can I make a call when I have NO SIGNAL?

I think that we the consumers GET IT, DONT CHANGE TO SUNCOM!
