My name is Wil, I have a family plan with 3 phone on my plan, which allow me to talk and text.
We have 2 gravity. Texdt phone, these phone where working very nicely for about a year, now they have started to turn off on it own, I think this is a model defect. I have been with this company for over ten years, we started with three phones, and now I would like to get two free phones, if these two defected are bad at no cause by me, I think they sould be replace, I am so angry that I am considering go to another company. I call T-mobile today and they said the type plan I have with them they can not help me. Plan to write call tell every one I know about this, just think of all the money I have spent with this company I guess they are not getting enough money from me
