Bad customer service, multiple times - cell phone contract

I have been with Sprint for a long time, and today I called in about switching from a contract to Sprint As You Go. Not only did I have several representatives that were rude and nasty, but I had to be down right aggressive with several reps. I wanted to only switch, but because of being on the phone for an hour and not getting anywhere, I have opted that my business will be taken elsewhere. You CLEARLY don't value your long term customers and you hire idiots that are incompetent and don't LISTEN!
