I am affrad that I have fallen into the trap of asking to try the 14 day rasberry trial, however on advise of my doctor I am not going to be taking them. Having called shortly after ordering them I was told that it was infact NOT a 14 day free trail and that I couldnt cancel my order and they would arrive in a day or 2. I was told to try them for 14 days and then call them should I wish to cancel the order. According to the distance purchase/sale act I have 14 days to cancel and according to your policy I can calcel at any time. Having tried to do this once I have bnow been trying to conact your company for the last 2 days to cancel but all i have is an answer machine saying that they are busy and to call back another time.

O would like tocancel and return the order to you but cant untill I have spoken to you.
