After being sent on a wild goose chase and told to ask my neighbours if they got my parcel. After 3 months of going back and forward they told me my parcel was missing. Not once did they offer a refund (mind you i asked several times and they dismissed my request) and offered me 10% off my next purchase for my missing parcel. Next purchase i dont think so...
After speaking to Brian, Rhiannon, Badial, Laura, Claire, John, Barry, Enette & Dan, just some of the few i spoke to from customer service team, i have never dealt with such poor and unacceptable service.
Its a shame your customer service team is letting the brand down, should have never left ASOS.
