On Nov 15 I ordered Star Trek Enterprise for $119.00 and the very next day I received an email indicating my order was approved. I have made 5 attempts to contact them to get an update as to the status of my order. Their web site indicates how they welcome being contacted to resolve any issues. I wish I was able to see this site. It is very obvious looking at your site that there are quite a few complaints about this so called company. This was a sponsored company through Amazon.com. How long can this company be allowed to Rob hard earned money from so many folks that entered these purchases in good faith. I am a 58 yr old wheel chair bound disabled person (leg amputations) and I am on a fixed income. $119.00 is a major expense for me and I actually saved for this purchase over a 3 month period. I am very ashamed that I was scammed by this company.
