I ordered the Star Trek Voyager the series 1 thru 7. That was on October 26th They took payment off my credit card for 158.26 USD on November 1st, I still have not received the series and my order states it is still in processing. I have emailed them repeatedly to find out where my order is and they never answer my emails. The last email i received from them they told me if i had any complaints to email support@cheqoot.com, this does not exist.
