I placed and order on 09/30 for the Alias Complete Series DVD Collection. As new practice goes this site made an inquiry into my bank account about available funds, then placed a hold on them to begin processing of the order. Today it is 10/07 and I have only received the initial email about the order being approved and now being processed. I have daily inquired on the site about the status of my order and it still says processing. I have email them three times with out a response from them at all. I started getting concerned about this on the 4th day and started to do some research on the internet about this company. Now I ask myself why I did not do that initially before placing the order. I suppose there is no reason to bang my head it has happened and now I must deal with it. Oh what a headache.
