Non-delivery of product

I ordered UV Sterilizer lamps for the company I work for using a company credit card. After two months the lamps never arrived. A confirmation of order was received by email the day the order was placed indicating the order would be shiped that day. The order has not arrived. After one month, attempts were made to contact the company. Finally, email contact was made and assuraces were given that the order would be shipped. It has never arrived. Payment, however, for the order was received by the company over a month ago. Repeated attempts to reach a live person have failed.
