I had been been with Dish Network for years without any problems But what I have experienced in 2012 has me frosted! They advertised installations AT MUTIPLE LOCATIONS IN THE HOME FOR ONE INSTALLATION FEE. My physical therapist wanted a TV in the bedroom to avoid the neck issues from falling asleep in the LR. (I had that where I lived before) When I moved here they told me I could NOT have that! But not until they were in here. I was upset as that is not what their ad said. Then there must have been an issue with the installation. I called in and they tried to sell me a plan and I had to pay for a service call.

I am a disabled Senior on fixed income so when this spring and summer the service was down more than up I was very upset. They were not providing what they advertised and I was more than a little unhappy at not getting to see the only few shows I did care about. I could not afford to stay with a company that broke promises and did not deliver at the originally quoted price. I gave up on talking and had the service replaced on August 8th feeling that they had breeched the original contract. Unfortunately I had been hit by a car, had two rounds of MRSA (the flesh eating orgainsm) and two surgeries followed that.

I did not get to call it in (as I was not here) until September 20 th.

Every other company I had to talk with as payments were late etc. Was accomodating and kind not wanting to add to my already stressed burden! Not Dish I was threatened and harrassed and hit with false accusations and then had an unauthorized payment taken on my credit card by the little witch I had to deal with ONLY to have them reapproach me asking me to come back and offering to do anything to get me back. The new installation by another company has never gone down so Dish apparently did do a faulty installation.

Dish is accusing me of breeching but I pulled out because of their breeches!

And there was no excuse for the way I was treated!

Then they tell you to write them re: problem issues and say they will get back to your pretty quickly. Many weeks have gone by and NOTHING! NOTHING on their part!

I am inundated with medical bills now and need decent problem resolution! Can someone help please?

(Also no-one else in the building where I live has had reception issues but then they are with Comcast and other companies)
